Many families are boarding their pet(s) at their vet’s office where the family knows their pet will be safe. Many times, however, this means your pet will be kept in a small indoor cage the entire time except for bathroom breaks and this is not an ideal situation for individual pets that require more exercise and space. Other boarding facilities offer a virtual hotel environment for a family’s pet(s) but can range in rates, which are often so exorbitant that it is not possible for a family to pay for their own vacation. Some families leave their pets at home and have someone come in to care for them, but we feel the pet in the family needs a vacation too! It is beneficial for your pet to have socialization with other people and animals and learn to be comfortable and relaxed outside of the home environment.  Our pet resort is the perfect solution!

Welcome to K9 Cabins Pet Resort! Located on 20 acres in Goldvein, Virginia these brand new kennels, complete with runs, are set up to create a safe and healthy environment that meets the needs of any size or breed of dog. As the demand for pet care services increases, I hope to influence the industry by promoting positive reinforcement training and encourage an understanding of each pet's individual needs and behaviors to build a harmonious and rewarding relationship between people and their pets.

K9 Cabins is also the home of Sa Nashoba Tibetan Mastiffs.
